The following important information is provided to assist you in preparing for one of our webinars, workshops or courses that use the Webex platform.
NOTE: Please note that the preferred browsers for using Webex are Internet Explorer for Windows PCs, and Safari for Macs. You might routinely use another browser, BUT, it’s recommended that when you join webinars on Webex that you use Internet Explorer on Windows, and Safari on your Mac.
Testing Your Computer System:
Join a Meeting Test – With the browser you’ll be using to connect with WebEx, (see Note above), connect to this test before the first Webinar session to test the functioning of your computer and to download any small applications, if needed.
