I hope you
enjoyed a Happy Thanksgiving!
If you're serving others, especially in a church setting, you're
entering into one of your busiest times of the year.
It's also one of the most stressful as you prepare for
and conduct special programs and services to celebrate the birth of
Jesus.
With that in mind, I just wanted to remind and encourage you to be
intentional and frequent in asking God to do your service out of the
strength of the Holy Spirit, instead of your own strength.
"You're
going to wear yourself out-and the people, too. This job is too heavy
a burden for you to handle all by yourself." Exodus 18:18
Allow the Lord to continue to fill you up with His love, so it flows
out of you to those you serve. Have a wonderful December.
