I conduct keynotes on topics related to wellness, employee health, fitness, self-care and the spirituality and health connection.  Although many of my talks are in the Charlotte, NC area, I travel throughout the country.

In the recent past I have addressed senior US Army chaplains at an annual training event and parish nurses gathered for a regional annual retreat.
