About Dale Fletcher, M.S.

dalewhite9en I have a heart for helping people live a healthy and abundant life. I enjoy applying my formal wellness education and insight from personal life experiences in my role as a faith and health consultant, speaker, retreat leader, and coach. My passion is teaching and coaching others on how to integrate a mind, body and spirit approach to healthy living from a Christian perspective. A regular contributor to Faith and Fitness Magazine, I have also been a speaker for many government, corporate and civic organizations and faith-based groups. I’m a proud father of three young adults, have a love of the outdoors and still enjoy running to stay in shape and manage my stress. The Christian faith is my compass for how I live my life. I reside in Charlotte, NC.

My Philosophy

I believe that one’s spirit, mind and body are inseparable and that what Mountains we believe, what we think and how we behave affect each component of our life. Wholeness can be achieved when we integrate a spirit, mind, and body approach to managing the stress in our life. I am particularly fascinated by the connection between one’s physical health and their spiritual health as the research suggests that the more one’s lifestyle lines up with their spiritual beliefs the more whole and healthy that person can be.
