I also think that when people do not take the friendship that God will give seriously they just do not care about where they are going. They also might not even know what it means to have eternal life. They just think about the here and now and do not care about anything else. To have true happiness you must first trust in God and then everything will be easier. Things might be difficult but when you trust God it is easier to get through the tough times.
