Clint has been a registered nurse for over six years. Prior to becoming a registered nurse, he started his career in healthcare serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic in southeast Florida. His desire to improve his knowledge within his career lead him to further his education by obtaining degrees in Emergency Services Management and Fire Science Technology from Palm Beach Community College.
During his career, Clint pursued his calling in health care which would eventually lead him to Greenville, South Carolina. He obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing through Excelsior College. Clint is currently employed as an Emergency Department Nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital in Columbus, NC and as an Adjunct Instructor for the Paramedic program at Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC. While working at St. Luke’s and by the hospital’s generous support, Clint obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina and obtained his training as a Faith Community Nurse.
Currently, Clint is engaged in exploring the development of various congregational health initiatives and the role of Faith Community Nursing within churches located in the upstate of South Carolina and in Polk County, NC.
Outside his career, Clint is a devoted husband and father and currently serves his church as a deacon sharing Christ with others and teaching about health.
